To present Istrian delicacies in Zagreb at Fooling Around, two family farms joined their forces, one with domestic Istrian sausages, the other with domestic Istrian wine. They have paired their groceries so at their winter house you will be able to taste sausages cooked in wine and rosemary, as well as homemade Istrian ombolo, pork chops in wine sauce. They’ll also serve sweets: homemade kroštule, traditional crust pastry from Dalmatia and Istria made by deep frying dough, and muffins prepared by a special recipe just for Fooling Around.
